To continue the bike-riding momentum from 'Bike to Work' Week & help maintain an active lifestyle, Outdoor Addictions organized an event whereby everyday of the Tour de France, 25 participants paid their $20 registration fee & rode 10% of the distance that the Tour racers rode. $500 was raised for the Campbell River Hospital Foundation to support quality healthcare in the community & surrounding areas. The Tour started Saturday, July 3 and finished on Saturday, July 25 - 21 days of riding and 2 of rest. The great people at Outdoor Addictions hosted a podium party where all 27 participants - 3 of them being employees Steve Nagle, Dan Clements, & Jess Lathrop to celebrate all the cycling efforts and review video footage of the more memorable moments of the 2010 Tour de France and the Le 10% Tour and issue commerative Yellow Jerseys to all the finishers!
